Turkey Stock Market Update

Investing.com – Turkey stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, with losses in the Wholesale & Retail Trade, Telecoms and Services sectors.

At the close in Istanbul, the BIST 100 lost 1.58%.

Best Performers

The best performers on the BIST 100 included:
– Katilimevim Tasarruf Finansman AS (IS:KTLEV): Up 9.09% (+4.75 points) to 57.00.
– Gostas Goller Bolgesi Cimento Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (IS:GOLTS): Up 6.48% (+25.50 points) to 419.00.
– Altinay Savunma Teknolojileri AS (IS:ALTNY): Up 4.09% (+3.85 points) to 98.00.

Worst Performers

The worst performers included:
– Tofas Turk Otomobil Fabrikasi AS (IS:TOASO): Down 4.23% (-8.30 points) to 188.00.
– BIM Birlesik Magazalar AS (IS:BIMAS): Down 4.11% (-20.00 points) to 466.50.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Istanbul Stock Exchange by 322 to 234, with 26 unchanged.

• Crude Oil for December delivery: Up 1.57% (+1.08) to $69.69 a barrel.
• Brent Oil for January: Up 1.44% (+1.04) to $73.20 a barrel.

• EUR/TRY: Up 0.21% to 37.28.
