Taiwan Stock Market Update

Commodities and Currency Update

• Crude oil for October delivery fell 0.58%, or 0.43, to $73.12 a barrel.
• Brent oil for November delivery decreased 0.68%, or 0.52, to $76.41 a barrel.
• December Gold Futures increased 0.09%, or 2.25, to trade at $2,529.85 a troy ounce.

The USD/TWD exchange rate was up 0.12% to 32.05, while TWD/CNY remained unchanged at 0.22.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 101.61.
