Portugal Stock Market Update
Investing.com – Portugal stocks were higher after the close on Monday, led by gains in the Financials, Consumer Services, and Basic Materials sectors.
At the close in Lisbon, the PSI gained 0.69%.

- Jeronimo Martins SGPS SA (ELI:JMT): up 3.07% or 0.52 points to end at 17.45.
- Sonae SGPS SA (ELI:YSO): up 0.74% or 0.01 points to 0.95.
Worst Performers
- EDP Energias de Portugal SA (ELI:EDP): down 1.05% or 0.04 points to trade at 3.86.
- EDP Renovaveis (ELI:EDPR): down 0.89% or 0.13 points to end at 14.42.
- Mota Engil SGPS SA (ELI:MOTA): down 0.72% or 0.02 points to 2.48.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Lisbon Stock Exchange by 15 to 12, with 5 unchanged.
Commodities Update
- Brent oil for December delivery was up 3.11% or $2.43 to $80.48 a barrel.
- Crude oil for November rose 3.27% or $2.43 to $76.81 a barrel.
- December Gold Futures fell 0.12% or $3.25 to trade at $2,664.55 a troy ounce.
Currency Update
- EUR/USD was unchanged at 1.10.
- EUR/GBP was unchanged at 0.84.
- The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 102.22.
