Gas Deliveries from Russia End
BERLIN (Reuters) – Austrian energy company OMV announced that gas deliveries from Russia concluded at 6 a.m. (0500 GMT) on Saturday. However, the regulator indicated that supplies to customers remained stable despite a decrease in flows into Austria.
A spokesperson for OMV confirmed, "We confirm that there has been no gas delivery from 6 a.m. today."
Alfons Haber, head of E-Control, the regulator, noted, "Quantities coming into Austria are currently down by 12-15%."
