India's Competition Watchdog Penalizes Meta

(Reuters) – India's competition watchdog has imposed a monetary penalty of 2.14 billion rupees ($25.4 million) on Meta (NASDAQ:META) as a result of antitrust violations concerning WhatsApp's privacy policy introduced in 2021.
