Greece Stock Market Update

Greece stocks were higher after the close on Friday, with gains seen in the Construction, Travel, and Banking sectors leading shares upward.

At the close in Athens, the Athens General Composite added 0.59%.

Cars Motorcycles and Marine Engine Trade and Import Company SA (AT:MTDr): -2.04% or -0.06 points to 2.63

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Athens Stock Exchange by 73 to 45, and 22 ended unchanged.

Gold Futures for February delivery down 0.74% or 19.61 to $2,634.29 a troy ounce.
Crude oil for February rose 1.05% or 0.73 to $70.35 a barrel.
Brent oil for March rose 0.93% or 0.68 to trade at $73.53 a barrel.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 107.76.
