Mixed Performance in French Stocks
Investing.com – France stocks were mixed after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Consumer Goods, Technology, and Technology Hardware & Equipment sectors led shares higher while losses in the Oil & Gas, Financials, and Healthcare sectors dragged shares lower.
At the close in Paris, the CAC 40 rose 2.33% to hit a new 3-month high, while the SBF 120 index lost 0.45%.

The best performers of the session on the CAC 40 were:
– LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE (EPA:LVMH) – rose 9.88% or 61.00 points to trade at 678.50 at the close.
– Kering SA (EPA:PRTP) – added 9.61% or 22.00 points to end at 250.95.
– Hermes International SCA (EPA:HRMS) – up 9.10% or 185.00 points to 2,217.00 in late trade.
Worst Performers on CAC 40
The worst performers of the session were:

Shares in Ubisoft Entertainment (EPA:UBIP) fell to 5-year lows; down 13.38% or 1.53 to 9.89.
The CAC 40 VIX, which measures the implied volatility of CAC 40 options, was unchanged at 0.00% to 18.96, a new 52-week high.
Gold Futures for December delivery was up 0.19% or 5.20 to $2,689.90 a troy ounce. Meanwhile, crude oil for delivery in November fell 2.07% or 1.44 to hit $68.25 a barrel, while the December Brent oil contract fell 1.81% or 1.32 to trade at $71.58 a barrel.
EUR/USD was unchanged up 0.38% to 1.12, while EUR/GBP was unchanged at 0.31% to 0.83.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.31% at 100.31.
