Ukraine to Receive Additional Funds from EU
BRUSSELS (Reuters) – Ukraine will soon receive an additional 4.2 billion euros ($4.4 billion) after the European Union's member states approved the payment, announced the EU Council on Monday.
This funding is part of the EU's Ukraine facility and aims to support Ukraine's economy as the country continues its fight against Russia.
Additionally, the G7 group of the world’s largest economies has allocated a total loan of $50 billion for Ukraine, which will be financed through profits generated from Russian assets immobilized in the West.
