Aethir Partners with Credible Finance
Aethir has teamed up with Credible Finance to introduce the first credit card and loan product backed by DePIN, alongside a loan facility secured by ATH tokens.
According to a press release from crypto.news, this innovative credit card will allow Aethir (ATH) token holders to access stablecoin credit without needing to liquidate their assets for fiat currency. The DePIN-backed card enables users to leverage their digital assets as collateral instead.
Free ATH-Backed Credit Card
Holders and node operators can claim a complimentary ATH-backed credit card issued by Credible. This card can be loaded with ATH tokens or Solana (SOL)-based stablecoins, offering users the ability to unlock a credit line using ATH tokens.
As part of their partnership, ATH holders will gain access to Credible’s private investor portal, which provides short-term lending opportunities with returns of up to 24% APY on USDC and USDT stablecoins.
AI-Powered Credit Solutions
Loan approvals and credit limits will be determined by Credible’s AI-driven credit engine, which evaluates the borrower’s on-chain activity, asset portfolio, and transaction history to generate dynamic credit scores.
Mark Rydon, Aethir’s Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder, expressed optimism about the partnership, stating that it will deliver “real utility” to the ATH token. He highlighted that this is a significant move towards constructing a financial framework based on decentralized infrastructure.
Turning Tokenization into Capital
Shrikant Bhalerao, CEO and Co-founder of Credible Finance, emphasized the importance of launching the world’s first credit card linked to DePIN, facilitating real-life credit loans.
“We’re turning tokenized infrastructure into usable financial capital,” Bhalerao noted.
Currently, the credit cards are exclusively available to GPU providers, node operators, and ATH token holders, but there are plans to broaden access as the ecosystem evolves. Users can verify their eligibility through the official Credible website.
