Turkey Stock Market Update

Investing.com – Turkey stocks were lower after the close on Monday, with losses in the Sports, Telecoms, and Wholesale & Retail Trade sectors leading shares down.

At the close in Istanbul, the BIST 100 declined 0.85%.

• Turk Telekomunikasyon AS (IS:TTKOM): -6.05% (-2.82 points) to 43.78
• Besiktas Futbol Yatirimlari Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (IS:BJKAS): -4.96% (-0.28 points) to 5.36
• Koza Anadolu Metal Madencilik Isletmeleri AS (IS:KOZAA): -4.95% (-2.95 points) to 56.60

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Istanbul Stock Exchange by 306 to 251, with 20 ending unchanged.

Commodities Update

• Gold Futures for December delivery fell 0.06% (-1.55) to $2,666.25 a troy ounce.
• Crude oil for November delivery rose 3.00% (+2.23) to $76.61 a barrel.
• Brent oil for December delivery increased 2.82% (+2.20) to $80.25 a barrel.

Currency Update

• USD/TRY was up 0.06% to 34.27, while EUR/TRY fell 0.06% to 37.62.
• The US Dollar Index Futures decreased 0.04% to 102.23.
