Token Unlocks in April

April will see close to $658.1 million worth of token unlocks affecting major projects. Scheduled between April 7 and April 18, these unlocks could lead to increased volatility and unique trading opportunities.

Five major projects in focus are Solana (SOL), Saga (SAGA), Aptos (APT), deBridge (DBR), and Official Trump (TRUMP).

Major Token Unlocks

Solana ($SOL)

The Solana token unlock is from April 7 to April 11, releasing 636,985 SOL valued at $80.49 million, or about 0.12% of Solana’s $64 billion market cap. This unlock is linked to ongoing Alameda & FTX bankruptcy proceedings. Solana’s price has decreased by 4.67% in the past week, trading at $125.62.

Saga ($SAGA)

On April 9, Saga will unlock 133.2 million tokens, worth $48.02 million, representing 13.32% of its total supply and 119% of its market cap of $39.7 million. The price has dropped by 1.30% in the past week, trading at $0.3555. This substantial unlock could significantly influence its price trajectory.

Aptos ($APT)

On April 12, Aptos will release 11.3 million tokens, valued at $62.05 million. This is 1.13% of its total supply and 1.87% of its market cap of $3.3 billion. Aptos has recently seen a 4.33% increase in price, trading at $5.49.

deBridge ($DBR)

Set for April 17, deBridge will release 1.23 billion tokens, valued at $36.35 million, which is 12.31% of its total supply and 68.38% of its market cap. The price has risen by 17.56% in the past week, trading at $0.03001.

Official Trump Token ($TRUMP)

The largest unlock will be on April 18, releasing 40 million tokens, valued at $431.2 million. This makes up 4% of its total supply and 20% of its market cap. TRUMP is currently trading at $10.80, having seen a 9.56% decline in price over the past week.
