Plume Partners with Goldfinch for RWA Finance Expansion
Plume is collaborating with Goldfinch to bring several private credit funds onchain, enhancing real-world asset finance.
Plume, a layer 1 modular blockchain focused on real-world asset finance, asserts that this partnership will enable institutional investors to access premier private credit funds through its RWA staking platform, Nest. With Goldfinch, a prominent platform for onchain private credit, the alliance expands institutional-grade offerings within the Plume ecosystem.
Both companies aim to create sustainable yield opportunities for Nest users via Goldfinch Prime’s array of private credit products offered by leading alternative asset managers like Apollo, Golub, Aries, and Stellus, collectively managing over $1 trillion in assets.
Plume will deliver yield from Goldfinch Prime utilizing specially designed rails that allow subscriptions to funds, streamlining the process onchain.
> “This partnership illustrates how we can leverage Plume’s infrastructure to transform previously inaccessible investment opportunities into fully permissionless and composable assets,” stated Teddy Pornprinya, co-founder and chief business officer of Plume.
This collaboration aims not only to transfer traditional finance products to the blockchain but also to democratize access, making blockchain technology a vehicle for turning these into valuable assets for crypto enthusiasts.
For Nest users, the partnership with Goldfinch enhances its staking offerings by introducing institutional-grade private credit. Traditionally, private credit funds are restrictive investment vehicles; however, Nest vaults convert them into permissionless and liquid assets, providing investment access to all users on the Plume blockchain.
The latest partnership is part of a series of recent collaborations by Plume designed to accelerate tokenization within the alternative asset market, including partnerships with Ondo Finance, Superstate, and Music Protocol. Moreover, Plume has secured a significant strategic investment from YZi Labs, previously known as Binance Labs, which invested in Plume on March 17.
In December 2024, the L1 raised $20 million in a Series A round, backed by venture capital firms Brevan Howard Digital, Galaxy Ventures, and Haun Ventures.
