The SEC has recently withdrawn several lawsuits against crypto companies, including Coinbase, Gemini, Robinhood, Uniswap Labs, Kraken, and OpenSea. The securities watchdog also settled a case with Consensys regarding MetaMask.

In a related development, Binance and the SEC filed a joint motion to pause their ongoing litigation for 60 days, and the SEC paused its civil fraud lawsuit against Justin Sun, with both parties seeking resolution.
