Mexico Stock Market Update

Investing.com – Mexico stocks were lower after the close on Friday, with losses in the Industrials, Consumer Goods & Services, and Consumer Staples sectors.

At the close in Mexico, the S&P/BMV IPC lost 1.12%, reaching a six-month low.

Top Performers

  • Grupo Televisa SAB Unit (BMV:TLEVISACPO): rose 3.53% or 0.25 points to close at 7.34.
  • Genomma Lab Internacional SAB De CV (BMV:LABB): added 2.12% or 0.41 points to end at 19.74.
  • Controladora Vuela Compania de Aviacion SAB de CV (BMV:VOLARA): increased 1.63% or 0.19 points to 11.82.

Worst Performers

  • Banco Del Bajio SA Institution De Banca Multiple (BMV:BBAJIOO): fell 4.16% or 1.94 points to close at 44.67, marking a 52-week low.
  • Grupo Financiero Inbursa, SAB De CV (BMV:GFINBURO): declined 3.41% or 1.57 points to 44.45.
  • Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico SAB De CV Class B (BMV:GAPB): down 3.28% or 11.32 points to 333.63.
